HMZA was founded by Hamza Khan, India’s first adaptive athlete, to build a performance nutrition brand. Born with hearing and speech impairment, Hamza grew up without the ability to communicate through sound. Instead, movement became his language. Discipline became his voice. Sport became his expression in a world he could not hear. From a young age, his mother ensured that limitation never defined him. Through structure, routine, and sport, Hamza found his foundation in combat disciplines, beginning with karate and later dedicating his life to judo.
